Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via email at

A product is only eligible for a return if it is damaged on delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged.  We do not accept returns on custom made or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed for a different size, we will provide alterations at no extra cost but the item cannot be exchanged for a new piece. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
