Exchange & Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting us via email at with images of the damaged product. A product is only eligible for return if it is damaged on delivery.
  • Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We cannot cancel orders or make refunds unless extremely necessary.
  • We do not accept returns for any custom made orders.
  • Only if a product is damaged on delivery it may be exchanged.
  • If an order is not delivered within 60 days of shipment we will resend the product without any cost.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
